Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get an estimate?

Approximate estimates can be provided for routine maintenance, though to provide an accurate estimate for repair work, we need to do an in-shop evaluation.

Are repairs under warranty?

We stand by our work and any issues that arise after our work is complete will be thoroughly evaluated and a fair resolution will be made if any issues appear to be due to the work we performed.  Any manufacturer warranty-related repairs must be done at a certified dealership in order to be covered by the manufacturer.

What types of vehicles do you repair?

Dirt bikes, sport bikes and ATVs. We do not work on side-by-side vehicles or off-brand vehicles.

How quickly can you get the work done?

We pride ourselves on a quick turnaround, though exactly how long the work will take depends on many factors, like availability of parts, the complexity of the problem, and whether or not we run into unexpected complications. One way you can help is to share everything you know about the condition of your vehicle - especially if you did any work yourself. The more we know going into a job, the faster we can troubleshoot and determine the correct course of action to get you back on the road!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & Discover).

Can insurance be used to pay for the repairs you perform?

Unfortunately, no. We are not able to work with insurance companies to receive payment for our work.
